Locations
We meet kids where they are
Licensed daycare and out of school care in High River, for children from 10 months through Grade 6, Monday to Friday, 6 am to 6 pm. Every room below runs at this centre. Families travel to us from Cayley, Blackie and Nanton.
Infants
10 months to under 19 months
Responsive relationships, sensory play and songs, with feeding, rest and every transition shaped around one child at a time.
Toddlers
19 months to under 3 years
Hands-on play, movement and music led by whatever a child is currently curious about, with language and independence growing alongside.
Preschool
3 years until kindergarten entry
Literacy, numbers, science and art through Montessori-informed work, with room to choose, cooperate and try things that are new.
Out of school care
Grades 1 through 6
Somewhere to unwind, find friends and get into a project before and after school, and right through the day when school is closed.
Our High River Out of School Care program provides transportation to and from Spitzee School, Holy Spirit Academy and École Joe Clark School.

My daughter has been with KC for years and has absolutely loved every minute of her time at Daycare. Staff have become like second family, and welcome her with open arms each morning and hugs and cuddles when she leaves each day. She actually cries on Sat/Sun when she can’t come to “school”. Staff helped me potty train her too. I can’t say enough good things about KC. They are always coming up with fun activities and my daughter learns so many new things every day. I will be sad when my daughter ages out next year!

Our High River children are part of the town's year. Our bus rolls in the Santa Claus Parade, we join the Light Up at George Lane Park, we visit the library and the fire hall, and we work alongside the Legion, High River FCSS and Foothills Community Immigrant Services, because a child who is known around town grows up feeling that they belong here.
