Pay and benefits
$18.64 to $32.64 an hour by Early Childhood Educator certification level and experience. Health benefits, permanent full-time positions, Monday to Friday with no weekends. Diamond Valley adds on-site childcare, on-site parking and a staff discount.
Grow with the centre
Ongoing leadership development, training and recertification are part of the job, not an extra. A Level 3 program supervisor is on duty whenever children are on the premises, and educators plan and lead their own monthly program built on the children's interests.
A team held to the same standard
Alberta's educator-to-child ratios are kept at all times, and each centre has its own Centre Director, who runs the day to day and is the main contact for families. Every educator working in our rooms holds current first aid and a vulnerable sector check. If you do not have first aid yet, you complete it before your start date.
