What we collect
We use the contact and family details you provide to answer enquiries and arrange tours or registration. Our parent surveys are anonymous, and a name or contact you add to parent feedback is used only to reply. Registration also asks for your child's date of birth, gender, intended start date and, where relevant, school and grade. We receive technical request and usage data, including IP addresses and page visits, to operate, protect and improve the site.
Who sees it
Kids Connection, and the companies that run our enrolment system and this website on our behalf. Kora's replies use an AI provider; enquiry details may also be emailed to your chosen centre. To keep out spam, our contact, tour, registration and parent feedback forms are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at technical details of your browser and connection, never at what you type. If you message our Facebook Page or Instagram account, Kora answers there too: your messages and her replies pass through Meta, her replies use the same AI provider, and she keeps the conversation for 24 hours after you last use it so she can follow it. On Messenger, when Meta allows it, she reads the name on your Facebook account, which goes to the same AI provider, so she can ask you to confirm it rather than type it; unless you confirm it for a booking, an enquiry or a handover to our team, it is kept only with the conversation, for the same 24 hours. When you ask for a person, the conversation goes to our team in Meta's inbox and we are emailed. We do not sell your information and we do not share anything you type into our forms for advertising.
Cookies
This site sets one of its own, on the parent feedback pages: a random number that limits each browser to one answer per survey, or two when a second parent on the same phone answers. It does not identify you. Kora keeps recent conversation messages temporarily in your browser tab so you can continue; New chat clears them. Google Maps loads automatically on our contact page and may set Google's cookies. Every page except the parent feedback pages loads Meta's pixel. It sets Meta's cookies and tells Meta, with your IP address and browser details, which of our pages you visit and when a tour booking or registration is completed, never what you typed. Meta may link this to a Facebook or Instagram account and uses it to measure our ads and show them to families likely to be interested. You can limit this in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, opt out of interest-based ads at youradchoices.ca, or use a browser or extension that blocks trackers. If you arrive through a tagged link, such as one of our ads, your browser keeps the link's labels for 30 days so a booking can tell us where it came from.
