What we collect

We use the contact and family details you provide to answer enquiries and arrange tours or registration. Registration also asks for your child's date of birth, gender, intended start date and, where relevant, school and grade. We receive technical request and usage data, including IP addresses and page visits, to operate, protect and improve the site.

Who sees it

Kids Connection, and the companies that run our enrolment system and this website on our behalf. Kora's replies use an AI provider; enquiry details may also be emailed to your chosen centre. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

Cookies

This site sets none of its own. Kora keeps recent conversation messages temporarily in your browser tab so you can continue; New chat clears them. Google Maps loads automatically on our contact page and may set Google's cookies.

Your information is yours

Contact us in writing to request access to or correction of information about you or your child under Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act. You can also ask about deletion; we will explain what can be removed and any information we need to retain.

Last reviewed 7 September 2026. If what we do changes, this page changes with it.
