Location
We meet kids where they are
Licensed daycare and out of school care in Diamond Valley, formerly Turner Valley and Black Diamond, for children from 10 months through Grade 6, Monday to Friday, 6 am to 6 pm. Every room below runs at this centre. Families travel to us from Millarville and Longview.
Infants
10 months to under 19 months
Responsive relationships, sensory play and songs, with feeding, rest and every transition shaped around one child at a time.
Toddlers
19 months to under 3 years
Hands-on play, movement and music led by whatever a child is currently curious about, with language and independence growing alongside.
Preschool
3 years until kindergarten entry
Literacy, numbers, science and art through Montessori-informed work, with room to choose, cooperate and try things that are new.
Out of school care
Grades 1 through 6
Somewhere to unwind, find friends and get into a project before and after school, and right through the day when school is closed.
Our Diamond Valley Out of School Care program provides transportation to and from Turner Valley School and C. Ian McLaren School.

Our Diamond Valley children are part of the town's year too. We visit the Sheep River Library and the fire hall, we work alongside the Turner Valley Legion and the Foothills Lions Club, and our Out of School Care children have spent field trip days at Bar U Ranch and Granary Road, because a child who is known around town grows up feeling that they belong here.
